Major works to be done at designing power generating facilities:

  • collecting initial data including:
    • technical requirements and network connect;
    • geological engineering survey;
    • engineering topographic surveying;
    • technical specifications for the equipment;
    • examinations and quantity surveying (in case of expansion and reconstruction of the facility); technical specifications for highways and railways;
  • selection and packaging of equipment for thermal power plants (cogeneration plants), State District Power Plants, substations, current networks;
  • endorsement and examination of design documentation;
  • obtaining permissions to construction;
  • designer’s supervision;
  • designing of cogeneration plants, State District Power Plants, current networks, and substations – development of trade offers and working documentation, including:
    • general layout and transportation;
    • composite engineering  infrastructure plan;
    • plans, facades and sectional views of buildings and premises with division into separate units;
    • engineering documentation;
    • equipment placement and manifold;
    • heat flow diagrams, diagrams of gas supply and chemical water treatment;
    • development of local, object-oriented budgets and consolidated budgetary calculations.
